Once you have met the eligibility requirements, submit your application online​.

You will need the following documentation, which can uploaded to your online dashboard once you start the application process or you can email 

  • A copy of your high school diploma, GED certificate, college transcript or World Education Service (WES) Credential Evaluation (only applicable if you received your education in a foreign country)
  • A copy of your official certificate of completion from one of the following:
    • an ABC-approved pedorthic pre-certification education course OR
    • an NCOPE-approved pedorthic pre-certification education program OR
    • a CAHEEP-accredited pedorthic pre-certification education program
  • ​Your completed Pedorthist Competency Attestation form verifying your clinical experience, signed by the supervising certified/licensed orthotist, pedorthist, or pedorthic referral source.

You must make an attempt at the exam within one calendar year of your application approval date.​
