Our Central Fabrication accreditation program is geared towards businesses that custom fabricate orthotic, prosthetic and/or pedorthic items/devices for external patient care providers.
The application approval process takes two to four weeks, and we will notify you as soon as your facility has been approved for an onsite survey. Your survey can occur any time after your application has been processed. First-time applicants will be surveyed within approximately 90 days of application approval.
Your accreditation is valid for up to five years. To maintain your accreditation, you will need to apply for renewal and be resurveyed.
