We also provide accreditation for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Ancillary Assistive Devices (AAD). Please note, to become accredited with DME or AAD, your facility must also provide one of the above listed services.
The application approval process takes two to four weeks and we will notify you as soon as your facility has been approved for an onsite survey. Your survey can occur as soon as 24 hours after your application has been processed. All first-time applicants will be surveyed within 90 days of application approval.
Once we have awarded your accreditation, it is valid for up to three years. To keep your accreditation, you will need to apply for renewal and be resurveyed.
