Follow-Up — 8%
- Modify/adjust orthosis and/or prosthesis, as necessary, to maintain optimal function
- Repair orthosis and/or prosthesis, as necessary
- Document modifications/adjustments/repairs
- Participate in the development of long-term service plan and communicate information related to cleaning, lubrication and maintenance to practitioner, patient or caregiver
