In 2024, the Amputee Coalition successfully secured a competitive grant application for a five-year federal funding award to operate the National Limb Loss Resource Center. Year two of this funding is set to begin on May 1^st, and there are growing concerns about the continuation of this funding. Your help is crucial to ensuring core services remain available during this uncertain period. The Amputee Coalition’s core services include information and referral, peer support, support groups, education and outreach aimed at improving access at local, state and federal levels. These core services impact tens of thousands of lives each year, expanding outreach even further.
