Congratulations to ABC board member, Ava Herbrick, CPO who was chosen as the 2024 Outstanding Educator by the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists (Academy) at their 50th annual meeting in Chicago, March 6.

The award recognizes an educator who has demonstrated unique didactic or laboratory skills which create a positive and permanent impression on their students.

Ava is an instructor at California State University – Dominiquez Hills where she brings expertise and enthusiasm to her students and helps inspire the next generation of practitioners.
