The deadline for all annual renewal payments (both individuals and facilities) was December 1.  If you haven’t already done so, please submit your payment today!

4 Easy Ways to Pay:

• Click the link in your emailed invoice.
• Pay online via your MY ABC account.
• Print your invoice on your account page and mail it in with your payment.
• Fax your payment using the fax number on your invoice.
