From outgoing President, Rick Babcock, CPO

It has been an honor and a privilege to serve as President this past year. I would like to thank my fellow board members for their overwhelming trust and support. Together, we worked to grow and support the OP&P profession with the continued support of ABC’s OP&P scholarship fund, WhatIsPOP Career Awareness campaign, new initiatives for the Certified Pedorthist pathway and many more noteworthy programs. These are all profession-positive initiatives we could not take on without the immense support of our extremely talented volunteers, committee members and ABC staff. I have been incredibly humbled to stand on the shoulders of those men and women who have led the profession before me and am extremely proud to have capped off the first 75 years. I am very excited for ABC’s future and know that incoming President Billy Lester, CPO will help ABC take our first big steps into the next 75 years.
