We are always working to improve our certification exams, not only to maintain modern, relevant exams, but to continually improve the candidate experience. We are happy to announce some exciting changes to the administration of our exams.

Beginning with the Spring CPM exams, we will be sending a preliminary Pass/Fail exam result via email to each Clinical Patient Management exam candidate by COB the Tuesday following their exam. Official score reports will continue to be posted in each candidate’s MY ABC account approximately two weeks after the exam.

In addition, we are excited to announce that beginning in August, all assistant, technician and fitter candidates will have the option of taking their exam via remote proctoring. Our testing partner, Prometric, will be offering remote  proctoring via their ProProctor platform.
