This fall concluded the second edition of the two-part Ensuring a Positive O&P Workplace Culture webinar series, organized by ABC, AOPA and NCOPE and sponsored by the O&P Alliance Anti-Sexual Harassment Subcommittee. In case you missed these events, both are available for free and on-demand through *AOPA’s AOPAversity live course offerings and each are worth 1.5 continuing education credits. 

Part 1, tailored for employers, managers and supervisors, focuses  on how attendees can responsibly promote or encourage a workplace culture composed of positive values, beliefs,  attitudes and behaviors. Speakers outline the elements that create a positive workplace culture and highlight specific policies that can be implemented for success. 

Part 2 focuses on showing residents and employees how to  influence, promote and support their workplace cultures and impact meaningful change where needed. Speakers share  specific tools, strategies and tactics that contribute to and help build a positive workplace culture.
