This summer, CMS provided the deeming authorities (including ABC) with further clarification and guidance on site survey requirements. All site surveys must be completely unannounced, and all sites should be ready for a survey once your application has been approved.

Effective immediately, ABC is no longer able to accept requests for blackout dates or provide estimated survey windows.

Please note that surveyors will not conduct surveys on federal holidays, but if your state or city observes a holiday that is not a federal holiday, please feel free to email us with this information for further consideration.
