If your facility’s expiration date is in 2023, your online application is PAST-DUE! Please sign in to your facility’s MY ABC account and submit your online renewal application ASAP to avoid further delays.

2024 Expirees

If your facility’s expiration date is in 2024, check the following chart for your application due date.

Annual Fees

2024 Annual fees for accredited facilities and individuals are due by December 1, 2023. Please note that your annual fee and renewal application fee are different and both are required to maintain your facility’s accreditation. Please ensure that we receive your payments by the December 1^st deadline so we can continue to include your facility(s) in our online directory and weekly report to Medicare.

Be sure to verify the contact information listed in your facility’s MY ABC account and remember, you can update your information and personnel any time as well as access our Compliance Kit and many other resources.
