If your facility was due to expire in 2020, your application and expiration dates have now been extended 90 days. Please refer to our Expiration Planning Chart for the new application deadlines and extended expiration dates. Be sure to submit your application by the new deadline to avoid any delays. You can log in to your facility’s MY ABC account to complete your application and submit your fee(s).
